This project was born 5 years ago through the purchase of a farm called RACÓ DE PAYÀ. It is a construction dating from the late 1700s and whose construction and surroundings (among which there is an olive grove) were in a completely unpropitious situation and in total abandonment. From that moment and with great perseverance and dedication, we proceeded to rebuild it and return the olive grove to all its glory. It has been a process of 4 long years so that the olive trees have been able to recover all their strength and generate a fruit suitable for the market.

The olive grove is located in the Nature Park called Font Roja, north of the city of Alicante, and the Alfafarenca olive variety offers health benefits, since it has high contents of oleic acid and polyphenols, as well as important antioxidant properties. This oil in addition to being extra virgin, is certified as organicBeing a new and small project, we process all the oil using mechanical procedures, taking maximum care to ensure great quality throughout the process. This recognition gives us more impetus to continue expanding our operation and being able to make new plantations, always taking care of and selecting the new plants, of which come from the same variety, something we pride ourselves on so that our consumers can value the dedication and effort which is evident in our oil.
