¿WHO ARE WE?
This project was born 7 years ago through the purchase of a farm called RACÓ DE PAYÀ. It is a construction dating from the late 1700s and whose construction and surroundings (among which there is an olive grove) were in a completely unpropitious situation and in total abandonment. From that moment and with great perseverance and dedication, we proceeded to rebuild it and return the olive grove to all its glory. It has been a process of 4 long years so that the olive trees have been able to recover all their strength and generate a fruit suitable for the market.
The olive grove is located within a Natural Park north of the city of Alicante. The Alfafarenca olive variety offers numerous health benefits, thanks to its high content of oleic acid and polyphenols, as well as its significant antioxidant properties. This oil is not only Extra Virgin, but is also certified as Organic.
As a new and small-scale olive-growing operation, we process all our oil using mechanical methods, taking the utmost care to preserve its quality throughout every stage of production. This recognition gives us even greater motivation to continue expanding our farm and making new plantings, always carefully selecting new trees from the same olive variety, which we are so proud of. Our aim is for consumers to appreciate the dedication and effort which is evident in our oil.
