This project was born 5 years ago through the purchase of a farm called RACÓ DE PAYÀ. It is a construction dating from the late 1700s and whose construction and surroundings (among which there is an olive grove) were in a completely unpropitious situation and in total abandonment. From that moment and with great perseverance and dedication, we proceeded to rebuild it and return the olive grove to all its glory.

It has been a process of 4 long years so that the olive trees have been able to recover all their strength and generate a fruit suitable for the market.
